LSAT 2016, Law School Admission Test (LSAT) 2016

Law School Admission Test (LSAT) is a standardized test of reading and verbal reasoning skills DESIGNED by the USA-based Law Schools Admission Council (LSAC) for use by law schools in India. It is developed by testing professionals with advanced degrees in English, Linguistics, Logic and Psychometrics
LSAT-India 2015 scores of all candidates will be sent to the following institutions which have made LSAT-India 2016 a mandatory criterion for admissions to full or partial batch of 2016
However, candidates should note that they need to meet the eligibility criteria as laid down by each of the respective colleges for their respective programmes. Candidates are advised to check the respective college sites for information on eligibility criteria and programs offered.

LSAT scores are accepted by top institutes like Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law-IIT Kharagpur Law School, Galgotia University Law School, The Jindal Global Law School, UPES Dehradun, KLE Bangalore, Greater Noida and Amity Law School, Gurgaon
The LSAT-India 2016 test will be conducted in the following cities:
North: Chandigarh, Delhi, Jaipur, Lucknow
South: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi
West: Ahmedabad, Bhopal, Mumbai, Nagpur
East: Bhubaneswar, Kolkata, Raipur, Ranchi
Interested candidate must have passed 12th examination with 50% marks from a recognised board of examination along with a post graduation in LL.B, B.L degree with 50% of marks from a recognised university

Registration Window: Candidates can register for LSAT-India through Online Mode or by sending a Demand Draft. Registration windows are different for these modes

a) Online Registration - 09th November, 2015 to 01st May 2016
b) Registration through Demand Draft, PO, Banker's cheque 09th November 2015 to 28th April 2016
c) The Demand Draft, Pay order, banker's cheque (favouring Pearson India Education Services Pvt Ltd, payable at New Delhi, Noida) should reach the below mentioned address on or before 28th April, 2016 either by post or courier "Pearson VUE, C, o Greenclouds, 6708, DLF Phase - IV, Gurgaon, Haryana-122002"
Note: Candidates should write their full name and the LSAT-India registration number on the back-side of the envelope
Candidates can register for LSAT-India by paying the LSAT—India registration fee (INR 3800)/ payable by credit card or demand draft, pay order, banker's cheque
The last date of payments receipt differs for these two modes; candidates are advised to check "Important dates" for details
Registration fee will be accepted only through VISA & Master Card credit cards, issued in India
In case a candidate registering for LSAT-India is unable to make payment by the specified credit cards, he,she will have an option to pay through demand draft, pay order, banker’s cheque
Admit Card
Only candidates whose registration form has been properly completed in all respects and received by Pearson VUE within the stipulated time and who have paid the applicable test fee will be entitled to take the LSAT-India exam
The admit card will be available for download from this website for all candidates whose registration is accepted; each admit card ticket will include a unique candidate identification number generated at the time of registration which shall be the candidate's "registration number"
