The NATIONAL LAW UNIVERSITY, DELHI established in 2008 by Act No. 1 of 2008 is premier Law University established in the capital city of India. The University invites applications for admission to B.A.LL.B. (Hons.), LL.M. and Ph.D. Programmes for the Academic Year 2019–20 commencing from August, 2019. Eligibility, total seats and other details for these Programmes are as under:
Course Name:
B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) [5 Year Programme]
Eligibility:
Senior Secondary School Examination (10+2 System) or Equivalent Examination with 50% marks. The candidates appearing in the 12th standard examination in March/April, 2019 can also apply.
Total Seats: 80 [70 Seats on merit through All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) and 10 Seats for direct admission to Foreign Nationals on merit (5 seats for Foreign Nationals & 5 seats for OCI/PIO)]. Foreign Nationals are exempted from AILET. Foreign Nationals to be eligible should have obtained 65% marks in the qualifying examination.
Reservation: 15% for SC candidates, 7.5% for ST candidates and 5% for Persons with Disabilities.
Note: One additional supernumerary seat for Kashmiri Migrants. Two additional supernumerary seats for Residents of Jammu & Kashmir.

Admission to B.A.LL.B. (Hons.), LL.M. and Ph.D. Programmes will be through AILET to be conducted at Bangalore, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Chennai, Cochin, Cuttack, Delhi, Gandhinagar, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Jammu, Jodhpur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, Patna, Raipur, and Varanasi on May 5, 2019 (Sunday).
Interested candidates should apply only online on payment of Rs.3,050/- (Rupees Three Thousand Fifty Only) for General Category Candidates, Rs.1,050/- (Rupees One thousand Fifty only) in case of SC/ST and Persons with Disabilities (PD) along with copy of requisite Caste/Persons with Disabilities Certificate. Below Poverty Line (BPL) applicants of SC/ST Category are exempted from application fee. All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi invites online applications (Basic followed by Final Registration) for Entrance Examinations leading to admission in MBBS-2019 Course of AIIMS, New Delhi and Fourteen other AIIMS (Bathinda, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Deogarh, Gorakhpur, Jodhpur, Kalyani, Mangalagiri, Nagpur, Patna, Raipur, Rae Bareli, Rishikesh and Telangana).

Who can apply for Basic Registration:
Candidates who have passed / appearing / appeared in 12th class examination (in 10+2 scheme) or its equivalent with the subjects of English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and desirous of applying for MBBS course of AIIMS.
Who are eligible for MBBS course in 2019:
Those who secure aggregate of 60% marks (50% for SC/ST, 45% for OPH) in English, Physics, Chemistry & Biology in 12th class examination (in 10+2 scheme) and fulfil other eligibility criteria.

How to Apply:
All concerned may please note that without Basic Registration no candidate shall be eligible to complete other processes of Online Registration i.e. Generation of Code (for Final Registration) & Final Registration (for Payment of fees and city choice) and subsequently release of Admit Card. Accordingly, all concerned are hereby again advised to complete their Basic Registration before 14th Jan. 2019 (up to 05:00 PM) for candidature of AIIMS, MBBS-2019 Course Entrance Examination Scheduled on 25th & 26th May, 2019 across the country.
Please do not wait till the last date and visit AIIMS website regularly for all updates/ addendums/corrigendum’s etc.
IMPORTANT: APPLICANTS SHOULD NOTE THAT THOSE WHO DO NOT COMPLETE BASIC REGISTRATION THAT ARE ACCEPTED IN ALL RESPECTS WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO APPEAR IN AIIMS MBBS-2019 ENTRANCE EXAMINATIONS. National Entrance Screening Test, NEST 2019

National Entrance Screening Test (NEST) is a compulsory test for students seeking admission to National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER) Bhubaneswar and University of Mumbai - Department of Atomic Energy Centre for Excellence in Basic Sciences (UM-DAE CEBS), Mumbai. Both NISER and UM-DAE CEBS were set up by Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India in 2007. Their mandate is to train scientific manpower for carrying out cutting edge scientific research and for providing input to scientific programmes of Department of Atomic Energy and other applied science institutions in the country. NEST 2019 will be conducted in around 91 cities [see list through the website] across India. The brochure gives the detailed procedure for applying for the test, syllabus of the test and various dead lines.
NISER, Bhubaneswar and UM-DAE CEBS, Mumbai are in compliance with the UGC and Govt. of India guidelines on anti-ragging. Ragging in any form is a punishable offense and hence is totally prohibited on these campuses. NISER established by the Department of Atomic Energy, strives to become a citadel for basic sciences and allied subjects in terms of teaching and research. NISER offers a 5 year integrated M.Sc. programme in Biological, Chemical, Mathematical and Physical sciences. NISER functions from its own campus at Jatni. Degrees at NISER will be awarded by the Homi Bhabha National Institute (HBNI), a deemed-to-be University within the Department of Atomic Energy.
There are 200+2 seats for 2019 batch, including reserved seats for SC/ST/OBC/PD candidates and two seats for candidates from the state of J&K as per Government norms. To avail reserved seats under OBC category the OBC (NCL) certificate must have been issued on or after June 01, 2018. Further details about the institute are available on the NISER website. NEST 2019 examination will be a Computer-Based Test (CBT/online exam)
Eligibility:
Candidates must qualify all four eligibility criteria listed below:
·         Candidates in General and OBC category should be born on or after August 01, 1999. The age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ ST/ Physically Disabled (PD) candidates.
·         Class XII qualifying examination should be passed in either 2017 or 2018. Candidates appearing in 2019 are also eligible. (Where only Letter Grade is given by the Board, a certificate from the Board specifying equivalent percentage marks will be required. In the absence of such a certificate the decision of the respective Admission Committees will be final.)
·         At least 60% marks in aggregate (or equivalent grade) in Class XII (or equivalent) examination from any recognized Board in India. For Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST) candidates and for Persons with Disability (PD), the minimum requirement is 55%.
·         Candidate should secure a position in the NEST merit list.
How to Apply:
To apply for NEST 2019, candidates must fill–up the online application form through website on or after January 07, 2019. Candidates are strongly advised to read through the detailed online application procedure available on the website (click on ‘How to Apply online’). Online application process closes on March 11, 2019. Application can be
Submitted only through NEST 2019 website. There is no other mode of application submission. Login credentials for logging into application submission and fee payment portals will be provided upon online registration.
Application Fee: The application fee for the male candidates of General and OBC categories is Rs. 1,200/–. The application fee for candidates in the SC/ST/PwD categories and for all female candidates is Rs. 600/–. Payments can be made using credit card/debit
card/net–banking through online payment gateway.
Candidates need not send any document to NEST office in the entire application process. Please refer to the instruction sheet (the ‘How to Apply Online’ tab on website) for details regarding application process.
Admit card: The admit card for NEST 2019 will be available for downloading from April 24, 2019. Admit cards will NOT be dispatched to any applicant. Applicants must download their admit cards from NEST website (after login). The download link will be available only till the day of examination.
