National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR), Pune has announced the exam dates for NICMAR Common Admission Test (NCAT-2015), which will be conducted in January 2015. The NCAT will be held between Monday, January 12, 2015 and Sunday, January 18, 2015.

NCAT is conducted for taking admission to Post Graduate Program (PGP) in Advanced Construction Management (ACM), Project MBA and Management (PEM), Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure Management (REUIM), Infrastructure Finance, Development and Management (IFDM), Management of Family Owned Construction Business (MFOCB), Quantity Surveying and Contract Management (QSCM) and Health, Safety and Environment Management (HSEM) offered at Pune, Hyderabad, Goa and Indore campuses for the academic session 2015.

Eligibility Criteria:

1.     Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Advanced Construction Management(PGP ACM) 

Offered from Pune, Hyderabad, Goa and Indore Campuses 

Eligibility Criteria: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline / Architecture / Planning with minimum 50% aggregate marks.

2.     Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Project Engineering and Management (PGP PEM) 

Offered from Pune Campus 

Eligibility Criteria: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks.

3.     Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure Management(PGP REUIM) 

Offered from Pune Campus 

Eligibility Criteria: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline / Architecture / Planning with minimum 50% aggregate marks.

4.     Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Infrastructure Finance, Development and Management(PGP IFDM)

Offered from Pune Campus 

Eligibility Criteria: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline / Architecture / Planning with minimum 50% aggregate marks.

5.     Eighteen Months Post Graduate Programme in Management of Family Owned Construction Business(PGP MFOCB)

Offered from Pune Campus 

Eligibility Criteria: - Graduates in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks and belonging to a family having construction business. Students are required to provide necessary documents and undertaking as regards ownership of construction business.

6.     One Year Post Graduate Programme in Quantity Surveying and Contract Management (PGP QSCM) 

Offered from Hyderabad Campus 

Eligibility Criteria:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks.

7.     One Year Post Graduate Programme in Health, Safety and Environment Management (PGP HSEM) 

Offered from Hyderabad Campus 

Eligibility Criteria:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline OR Diploma in Engineering in any discipline with minimum four years of experience. Minimum 50% aggregate marks are required in all criteria.

Note: Final year eligible graduating students can also apply for all above programmes.

Application Procedure for NCAT 2015:

Candidates can apply online.

Program brochures and application form for all the programs can be obtained from NICMAR Pune on payment of Rs. 1800/- for one program or Rs. 2500/- for more than one program by demand draft in favour of NICMAR.

Paper Pattern for NCAT 2015:

Quantitative and Analytical Ability	60 marks
Data Interpretation	30 marks
Verbal and General Ability	60 marks
Total	150 marks

Important Dates:

Last date of issue and submission of applications: Friday, December 12, 2014

Date of NCAT: between Monday, January 12, 2015 and Sunday, January 18, 2015

Declaration of result: Wednesday, January 28, 2015
