An Examination will be conducted by the Union Public
Service Commission on 14th April 2013, for admission to
the Army, Navy and Air Force wings of the NDA for the 121st Course and Naval Academy for the 41st 10+2 (Executive Branch)
course commencing. The approximate number of vacancies to be filled on
the results of this examination will be 335 (195 for the Army, 39 for
Navy, 66 for the Air Force and 35 for the Executive Branch of Naval
Academy).
I. For Army wing
of National Defence Academy: - 12th Class pass of the 10+2
pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted by a State
Education Board or a University.
II. For Air
Force and Naval Wings of National Defence Academy and for the 10+2 (Executive
Branch) Course at the Naval Academy: - 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School
Education or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics conducted by a State
Education Board or a University.
Candidates who are appearing in the 12th Class under the
10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination can also apply for
this examination.
he duly
filled in application form and the acknowledgement card should then
be mailed in the special envelope supplied with the Information
Brochure. The candidate should also write the name of examination viz. “National
Defence Academy and Naval Academy Examination-(I), 2013” on the
envelope before despatching it to “Secretary,
Union Public Service Commission, Dholpur House, Shahjahan
Road, New Delhi-110069”.
