3.     D.M. Neurology - Requirement: MD General Medicine, MD Paediatrics

4.     DM Endocrinology - Requirement: MD General Medicine, MD Paediatrics, MD Biochemistry

5.     M.Ch Cardio Thoracic Surgery - Requirement: M.S. Surgery

6.     M.Ch Pediatric Surgery - Requirement: M.S. Surgery

7.     M.Ch. Plastic Surgery - Requirement: M.S. Surgery

8.     M.Ch. Surgical Oncology - Requirement: M.S. Surgery, M.S. ENT, M.S. Orthopaedics, M.S OBG

9.     M.Ch. Urology - Requirement: M.S. Surgery

10. M.Ch. Neuro Surgery - Requirement: M.S. Surgery

a) Has not completed 48 years of age on the date fixed as the last date for submitting the application for the Entrance Test

b) Has not failed more than twice in the Post Graduate degree exam

Eligibility for AMPCK PGSSET-2015

A person shall be eligible for admission to Post Graduate Super Specialty degree courses only if he, she:

a) Is a Citizen of India

b) Has a MBBS Degree from a University established by law in India as recognized by the MCI and must possess recognized degree of MD, MS (or its equivalent recognized degree) in the subject shown against them from a University estd by law in India and recognized by the MCI or any other University recognized by the Medical Council of India and declared as equivalent

How to Apply for AMPCK PGSSET-2015

The eligible candidates who are willing to appear for the entrance test may visit our website 

The candidate must ensure that print out of his, her application with all enclosures mentioned in the brochure and original Demand Draft drawn in favor of AMPCK payable at Bangalore reaches the AMPCK office on or before 20th June 2015, 05.00 PM by Post or private courier

AMPCK is not responsible for any postal delay

The applications without the attachment of required attested certificates are rejected

How to Submit for AMPCK PGSSET-2015

By Post: Print out of Application filled online in all respects along with attested copies of all required certificates may be sent by post or private courier to Chief Examiner, Association of Minority Professional Colleges in Karnataka (Regd.) (AMPCK), Unit No.205, ‘Lakshmi Apartments’, No. 6, Cornwell Road, Langford Garden, Richmond Town, Bangalore-560025 should reach before 05.00 pm on20th June 2015

Candidates should super scribe on the envelop as "Application for PGSSET-2015"

The candidates have to download the Admission Ticket for the Entrance Test from the AMPCK website from 24th June 2015

Entrance Test Fee: Rs. 7000/- (Rupees seven thousand only)

Mode of Payment: The prescribed registration fee should be remitted through Demand Draft only payable at Bangalore in favor of AMPCK

Certificates to be enclosed: The candidate has to submit the attested photo copies of following documents duly attested by an Gazetted Officer along with the filled application form

a) 10th Marks card, Birth Certificate for proof of age; b) Attempt Certificate of PG Degree issued by the Principal; c) Permanent Medical Council Registration Certificate including PG; d) UG Degree Certificate; e) Marks cards and Degree certificate of Post Graduation

Downloading of Brochure & Application form on the website for Online registration after: 05th June 2015 (05.00 PM)
Last date for Online Registration: 15th June 2015
Last date for submission of duly filled online and signed application with documents by Post or private courier: 20th June 2015
Downloading of Admission Ticket from the AMPCK website: 24th June 2015 (after 05.00 pm)
Date of Entrance Test: 27th June 2015 (Saturday, 10.00 am to 11.30 am, Venue: Bengaluru city only)
Display of Key Answers on the website: 28th June 2015
Last date for challenging the key answers: 03rd July 2015
Verification of challenged key answers by subject experts: 04th July 2015
Announcement of Results: 07th July 2015
