University (ANU), Guntur has announced the exam dates for Acharya Nagarjuna
University Research Common Entrance Test (ANURCET), which will be
conducted in August 2015. ANURCET will be held from Thursday, August 06, 2015 to Sunday, August
09, 2015.
ANURCET is conducted for taking to admission to full time,
part-time and extra mural research master of Philosophy (M.Phil) and Doctor of
Philosophy (Ph.D) in various specializations for the commencing session 2015.
For admission into research under full-time,part-time
program, a candidate has to satisfy the following conditions:
Rank in the entrance test
Candidates must have passed master’s degree of this
university or any other recognized University in the concerned or related
subject. They must secure not less than 55% of marks. However, in case of SC
and ST candidates, a relaxation of 5% of marks is permitted.
Candidates can apply online.
The eligible candidates have to submit the application
through online by paying Rs.1, 200/- without late fee upto 25.07.2015 and
Rs.1,700/- with late fee upto 31.07.2015 through SBI I-collect, payment gateway,
debit card, credit card, generated challan.
The entrance test will have 100 multiple choice questions
and each question carries 1 mark to be answered in 90 minutes.
No negative marks for wrong answers.
Candidates have to indicate their answers only on the OMR
answer sheet provided along with the question paper.
The syllabus for the entrance test is the PG syllabus of Acharya Nagarjuna University
for the subject concerned.
Last date for submission of online applications with late
fee of Rs.1700/-: Friday, July 31, 2015.
Download of hall-tickets: Tuesday, August 04, 2015 onwards.
