Dr. Y.S.R. Horticultural University (Dr. YSRHU), Venkataramannagudem has announced the exam dates for HORTICET-2015, which will be conducted in July 2015. The HORTICET will be held on Friday, July 31, 2015.

HORTICET is conducted for taking admission to 4 years Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) honors program in Horticulture for the session 2015.

Eligibility:

Eligibility Criteria for HORTICET 2015:

Candidates must have pass in Diploma in Horticulture course from Dr. YSRHU of A.P. State only.

Those who will be completing in 2014-15 academic year can also apply through their Principal, Vice-Principals of Horticultural Polytechnics under Dr. YSRHU.

The candidates should complete 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission with an upper age limit of 22 years for all candidates but relaxed to 25 years in respect of S.C. & S.T. candidates and 27 years in respect of Physically Challenged (disabled) candidates.

Application Procedure for HORTICET 2015:

Candidates can obtain the application form.

Candidates should make demand draft of Rs. 500/- for OC, BC candidates and Rs. 250/- in case of SC, ST and PH candidates in favour of the Comptroller, Dr. Y.S.R Horticultural University, payable at Tadepalligudem on any nationalized bank.

Application form duly filled should reach The Registrar, Dr. YSR. Horticultural University, Admission Office P.B.NO.7, Venkataramannagudem-534101, West Godavari district.

Important Dates:

Last date for submission of application forms: Monday, July 13, 2015.

Date of HORTICET: Friday, July 31, 2015.
