Entrance Test (CET PPMC - 2015 , CET PPDC 2015) Candidates seeking admission for
the first year MBBS , BDS Course for Management Seats offered by the
colleges for the academic year 2015-16 should appear in the Common Entrance
Test (CETPPMC -2015,CETPPDC 2015)
Common Entrance Test is to be conducted by an
Association of Pondicherry Un-aided (self financing) Professional Colleges. Now
the five Un-aided Private Medical Colleges in Pondicherry State
The Association has been granted permission to conduct
Common Entrance Test in the name of "Common Entrance Test for Pondicherry
Private Medical & Dental Colleges" (CETPPMC, CETPPDC) for the purpose
to admit students in MBBS,BDS courses in the Private Medical , Dental Colleges
under the Management Quota
The application is meant for registering the candidate
for Common Entrance Test (CETPPMC - 2015, CETPPDC 2015) conducted

As per pre-requisite admission to the Management Quota
to MBBS,BDS
Degree Courses, Candidates must have appeared in CETPPMC-2015,CETPPDC 2015
However, mere appearance in CETPPMC-2015, CETPPDC 2015
will not automatically qualify a candidate for admission to MBBS,BDS Degree
Course
Admission to MBBS Degree Course, the candidate should
fulfill the necessary admission requirements prescribed by Govt. of Pondicherry
for that degree course
Candidate for admission to the first year MBBS,BDS Degree
Course should have passed the H.Sc (Academic) examination conducted by the Board
of Higher Secondary Examination of Tamil Nadu or any other equivalent exam with
a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (40 % for SC,OBC) in the
following subjects: Biology(Botany & Zoology),Physics, Chemistry,
Biotechnology
The Candidate should also have taken English as one of the
Subject
Candidate may also seek admission with marks secured in
the improvement examination (if it is advantageous) provided it is the first
improvement exam
Candidates should be 17 years of age as on 31st December
2015. However, no upper age limit has been prescribed
Candidates desirous of appearing in CETPPMC 2015,CETPPDC
2015, apply directly to the Convener, Pondicherry Linguistic & Religious
Minority Medical and Dental Colleges Welfare Association, Sri Venkateshwaraa
Medical College

The Application can be obtained from the Association
Office at Ariyur and also from the above mentioned colleges by post or in
person
The cost of the application form Rs.1000,- in person by cash or Rs.1050,- by demand draft drawn in favour of PLRMMDCWA
(Pondicherry Linguistic & Religious Minority Medical and Dental Colleges
Welfare Association), payable at Puducherry
Application form can also be downloaded from the websites.
The completed application form should reach the office on or
before 05.00 pm on 25th May 2015
CETPPMC, CETPPDC will not be responsible for postal or any
other delay incomplete, wrongly filled application will be summarily rejected
The application received after the due date and time will
also be summarily rejected and no further correspondence in the matter will be
entertained
